Ordering

We like to have one on one contact with our customers, which is why we don't have the "cart" system.
So to order an item or items, send an email to RLTackRestoration@yahoo.com.
Subject: Tack Order
In you email please include which items you are wanting to purchase.
And Your shipping address.
We will make an invoice for your to keep if you wish, which you will receive a hard copy in your package when you receive it as well in your email.
Once we receive the payment and order we will have the package ready and will be shipping out the next business day.

Shipping

We will calculate the shipping. When you Email us about what you would like to order please include your zip code so we can calculate shipping to your house.
We charge the shipping as well as a $2.00 handling fee to go towards our shipping supplies; tape, writing utensils, gas to drop the package off, ect.
We will look at the cheapest price between Fedex, USPS, and UPS. Ground shipping will always be the cheapest. If you would like it to be ground it will take a few extra days.
Reminder
* UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes since they are owned by USPS.
Orders received by 5:00 PM MST generally ship within 48 hours. Shipping does not go out on Saturday or Sunday. We are sorry but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. Therefore any additional, UPS or USPS, shipping charges incurred will be passed on to the customer plus a $2 service fee.

Payment

We do accept, and PREFER paypal.
We also accept money orders, and cash sent to us in the mail.
